Export Content

When you want to export objects and their metadata from the source vault, define the export in the source vault. Export can be used in long-term archiving of the content, synchronization of data among several vaults, or freeing up of disk space on the server.

Choose the vault you want to use as the source for metadata structure replication, and then start the export process by selecting Content Replication and Archiving > Export Content…

Note: Exporting objects with relationships to other objects may, in some cases, produce a conflict. If the conflict cannot be resolved automatically, some of the selected objects might not be replicated. The Import Summary Report should be reviewed carefully before proceeding with the replication procedure.

The export dialog is divided into three tabs: Package Location, Objects and Files, and Structure.
