Downloading vault application logs

To download vault application logs:

  1. Log in to M-Files Manage at https://manage.m-files.com.
  2. In the left-side page navigation, select Vaults.
    Result:The Vaults page opens.
  3. Select a vault name.
    Result:The vault information page opens.
  4. In the Vault application logs section, select one or more vault application logs and select Download log.
    Result:The download is started.
Processing the log files can take a few minutes. The vault application log shows the incomplete icon () in front of the name until the download is complete. The selected vault application logs that have not yet started to download show a different icon (). When the process is complete, you can download more vault application logs.
