M-Files Ment is an easy-to-use tool for document automation. It helps you create complex, data-driven documents quickly and with consistent quality.

M-Files Ment has a fully visual interface. You can use no-code features to:

Build logic and automation.
Automate complex documents.
Minimize repetitive tasks.

You can use M-Files Ment for internal purposes.

M-Files Ment works with document templates. You fill in a questionnaire to provide the needed information and the answers are used to generate the final document.

When the document is ready, you can save it to M-Files. You can then continue the process. For example, you can send the document for electronic signature. You can also automate all M-Files metadata, including document class or workflow. This can be done with preset values or values based on the answers given in the template.
