Creating a user group
How to create a user group in M-Files Manage.
- Log in to M-Files Manage at https://manage.m-files.com.

In the left-side page navigation, select Vaults.
Result:The Vaults page opens.

Select a vault name.
Result:The vault information page opens.
- In the Enabled users section, open the drop-down menu from the heading and select User groups.
- Log in if necessary.

In the User groups section, select Create.
Result:The Create user group page opens.
- In the Name field, enter a name for the user group.
- You can add both users and user groups to the user group. You can also specify who can see the user group.

Select Save to save the user group.
Result:The user group is added to the User groups list.
