Logging in with M-Files Hubshare Account

To log in to M-Files Hubshare with a user account, you must have an invitation from a organization-level admin or a hub admin in an M-Files Hubshare organization.

  • If you do not have an M-Files Hubshare account, you get an email from the organization that invites you to use M-Files Hubshare. This email contains a link to get your account ready. You accept the invitation when you click the link.
  • If you have an M-Files Hubshare account, you get an email invitation from the new organization. To accept the invitation, click the link in the email. You also get a notification in M-Files Hubshare to join the new organization. To accept or decline the invitation in M-Files Hubshare, click the bell icon () on the navigation bar.

If you do not accept the invitation, you do not have access to the M-Files Hubshare organization or the hubs to which you were invited.
