Creating a View in a Virtual Folder

New views can also be created in virtual folders. Open the virtual folder where you want to create a new view. Select and define its settings as instructed in Creating a View. For example, you can create a "Proposals that expire this week view" in the Proposals folder.
Note: When you create a new view in a folder, the parent view and folder conditions are
valid at the same time. This means that the new view only accepts objects that also meet
the conditions of the parent view and folder.
