Synchronizing Active Directory

Note: You must have organization-level admin rights to do this.
Tip: To enable synchronization between M-Files Hubshare and Microsoft Entra ID, please refer to Configure secure LDAP.

Active Directory is a corporate directory that is used to identify and store user identity and authentication information.

To synchronize M-Files Hubshare's active directory with that of an organization:

  1. On the navigation bar, select the user icon and select Settings.
  2. In the Administration section, select Active Directory.
    Result:The Active Directory page opens.
  3. Enter the necessary information on every tab.
  4. Click Save.
