Adding Widgets

Note: To configure the modules of a hub, you must have hub admin rights. To configure the modules of the organization-level hub, you must have organization-level admin rights.

You can make a copy of a widget or create a new widget.

To make a copy of a widget, go to the hub dashboard, click the pen icon (), and select Edit widgets. Then click the copy icon () shown for a widget. A copy of the widget is created to the hub dashboard.

To add a new widget:

  1. On the hub dashboard, click the pen icon () and select New widget.
    Result:The Add widget dialog is opened.
  2. Select the widget type.
    Result:The General configuration tab is opened.
  3. Enter a name for the widget and select its size.
  4. Optional: If you have created the hub, enable Lock widget.
    When this setting is enabled, only you can edit or delete the widget.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Optional: Enter the necessary widget-specific information and click Next.
  7. In Widget rights, specify the users who can see the widget.
  8. Click Save.
The widget is shown on the hub dashboard for the selected users.
