Requesting an Electronic Signature

When you request an electronic signature for a file, make a note of these things:

• The maximum size for a file is 25 MB.
• When you request a signature in DocuSign, only a copy of the document is saved in DocuSign. If the file is changed in M-Files Hubshare, the copy in DocuSign is not automatically updated.
• You cannot request a signature for a file that is protected with a password. To send a file with a password, you must disable the security setting before you upload it.
