Checking In Organization-Level Files on Behalf of Users

Note: You must have organization-level admin rights to do this.

If a user has checked out a file in the organization-level hub but cannot check it in, you can check it in.

To check in a file that another user has checked out in the organization-level hub:

  1. On the navigation bar, click the user icon and select Settings.
  2. Click Checked-out files.
  3. Do one of these tasks:
    • Click the red lock () next to the file that you want to check in.
    • Select many files, and click Check in selected.
  4. Click Confirm.
The files are now checked in and other users can check them out.
