Configuring object filters

To configure object filters:

  1. Open the widget configuration.
  2. Go to the Filters tab.
  3. Go to the Object filter tab.
  4. Select Add filter.
    Result:A new filter row opens.
  5. Select the filter condition from the following:
    1. Select the object type (for example, Documents).
    2. Select the property (for example, City).
    3. Select the condition:
      • = (equals):
        • For text properties: show objects where the value contains the entered text.
        • For other property types: show objects where the value equals the entered value.
      • != (not equal):
        • For text properties: exclude objects where the value contains the entered text.
        • For other property types: exclude objects where the value equals the entered value.
    4. Select the value type:
      • Custom: enter a fixed value.
      • Prefill: use a prefilled value.
      • Dynamic: the end user enters the value when using the widget.
    5. Optional: Enter or select the value.
  6. Select Save.
The widget shows only objects that match the filter conditions.
