Editing Hubs
Note: You must have hub admin rights to edit a hub. With hub designer rights, it is possible to
customize only the appearance of a hub.
To edit a hub:
- On the sidebar of a hub, move your cursor to the Manage hub icon ().

Select one of these options:
Option Objective Configuration and style - Edit the name, colors, and pictures of the hub.
- Edit the Files settings.
- Edit M-Files connections.
Users Manage hub user rights. Custom fields Manage custom fields. Widget rights Manage the user rights of the dashboard widgets. Modules Manage the modules and user rights in modules. Languages Specify which languages are available. Wizard Edit the hub in the wizard mode. Watermark templates Create watermark templates and manage how they are used. Export hub configurations Export hub configurations to a file. For more information, see Exporting hub configurations. Import hub configurations Import hub configurations. For more information, see Importing hub configurations. - Change the settings.

To save your changes:
Option Instructions Configuration and style Click Save. Users In the selected user rights dialog, click Save. If Save is not shown, your changes are automatically saved when you close the dialog. Custom fields In the Manage custom field dialog, click Save. Widget rights Click Save. Modules Click Save. Languages Click Save. Wizard Click Save and go to my hub. Watermark templates Click Save. -
On the sidebar, move your cursor to the Design icon
() and
select
Active to make the hub available for other users.
