Managing SSO login options

You can control how users log in. You can set if users can login with SSO, M-Files Hubshare credentials, or email and password.

Note: You must have organization-level admin rights to do this.

To specify user login options:

  1. On the navigation bar, select the user icon and select Settings.
  2. In the Administration section, select Single sign-on.
    Result:The Single sign-on page opens.
  3. Select the User settings tab.
  4. Manage the login options for each user in the Allowed column.
    • If this setting is enabled, the user can select to log in with SSO, with M-Files Hubshare credentials or with email and password.
    • If this setting is disabled, the user can use only SSO.
    Note: To enable login with email and password, make sure that the check box New users can use login / password is selected in the Internal users or External users tab.
