Unlocking User Accounts

Note: You must have organization-level admin rights to do this.

If a user enters an incorrect password five times on the login page, their user account is locked. This rule also applies if they enter an incorrect authentication code. They can try again after 20 minutes or tell the organization-level admin to unlock their account.

To unlock a user account:

  1. On the navigation bar, click the user icon and select Settings.
  2. Click Internal users.
  3. On a user account row, click the red lock icon ().
    Result:The Unlock user dialog is opened.
  4. Click Confirm.
