This section, intended mainly for M-Files system administrators, explains how to manage, maintain, and configure the M-Files system.
Sharing to anyone with the link is enabled by default, unless public links have been previously disabled. For more information, see configuration_options_for_public_links.html#configuring_the_share_public_links_feature. To make sure that files in a vault are shared outside M-Files only with known people who are added as visitors, you must disable the functionality in the Advanced Vault Settings.
