Before you can enable Microsoft 365 storage in a vault, you must set up a connection
between M-Files and Microsoft 365. For instructions,
see https://empower.m-files.com/content/manage-microsoft-365-flow in the M-Files Manage user guide. After you set up
the connection, please wait at least an hour before you enable Microsoft 365 storage
so that the connection can take effect.
Important: The connection to the Microsoft
Microsoft Entra ID tenant is permanent. The tenant cannot be disconnected or changed
later.
To enable Microsoft 365 storage in a vault:

Open M-Files Admin.

In the left-side tree view, open the context menu for a vault and select
Properties.
Result:The Document Vault Properties dialog opens.

In the Microsoft 365 storage section of the General
tab, select Enabled.

In Tenant ID, enter your organization's Microsoft 365
tenant ID.
Make sure that you use the same tenant for which you set up the connection. For information on
where to find the ID, refer to
How to find your tenant ID in
Microsoft
documentation.

In SharePoint URL, enter your organization's Microsoft SharePoint root URL.
For example, https://{organization}.sharepoint.com.

Select Yes in the confirmation dialog.

To enable native co-authoring, select Enable native co-authoring.

Select OK.
